The parent company Tunisia Broadcasting, with a capital of 1.5 million dinars, is headed by a board consisting of Cyrine Ben Ali, Chakib Nouira, Tahar Bayahi and Fathi Bhoury (general manager of the station). Shems FM is the country's second private radio. It offers general programs with an emphasis on sport and information.
