Lotfi Charfeddine is the brother of Ridha Charfeddine, businessman, member of Parliament and chairman of the étoile sportive du Sahel. Former shareholder of Attassia, Ridha Charfeddine was the victim of an assassination attempt in 2015.

Ridha Charfeddine
Ridha Charfeddine is the brother of Lotfi Charfeddine and former shareholder of V Production, the company owning the television station Attassia TV.
Ridha Charfeddine was elected as member of the Parliament with the Nidaa Tounes party, winner of the elections in October 2014. In 2015, he is the victim of an assassination attempt whose causes are still unknown. According to the managers of Attassia and the person concerned, he is no longer a shareholder of V Production.
