Chiraz Ben M'Rad

Chiraz Ben M'rad, born in 1973 in Tunis, is the founder and manager of the site www.jomhouria.com and the company Médias Plus. She made her MA in 1995 at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion ISG Bardo and her Diploma of Advanced Studies in 1997 at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal with a specialisation in international communication. In 1997, she began working at her father’s newspaper Akhbar Al Jomhouria, as a manager and as a journalist. She continued her training at the African Centre for Development of journalists and communicators CAPJC. At the end of 2012 she created the news website www.jomhouria.com which became alive in early 2013. She is also a founding member of the Tunisian Foundation for Women and Memory (FTFM) (2015).
