CARTE ASSURANCES was created in 1976 by the BNP Group and the DOGHRI Group, in partnership with MGF and la Préservatrice.
In 1986, Hassine DOGHRI, the current CEO of DOGHRI Group took control of CARTE ASSURANCES in partnership with the Mutuelles du Mans.
Today, after 40 years of experience, the Tunisian-European group is a key player in the Tunisian insurance market. In 2014, the group made a net profit of 8.516.049 Dinars.
The group owns 51% of the IFM radio through the shares of two SICARs, COTIF SICAR and COFITE SICAR.
