Tunisia Broadcasting
Tunisia Broadcasting is the company that manages the radio Shems FM.
The company was created in 2010 with a capital of 1.5 million dinars. It was held by Cyrine Ben Ali Mabrouk, daughter of former President Ben Ali, Chakib Nouira, Tahar Bayahi and Fathi Bhoury was appointed CEO of the radio station.
With the departure of Ben Ali, Cyrine Ben Ali's shares were confiscated by the state. The state now owns 70% of the company. The procedure to sell these shares to the private sector is currently being studied.
