Dar Anouar
Dar Anouar, company with a capital of 2.41 million TND, is a publishing house founded in 1981 by Slaheddine El Amri. At his death in 2002 his wife inherits Dar Anouar. Dar Anaour publishes several daily newspapers, Al Chourouk and Le Quotidien and the weekly Al Anwar. Al Moussawar, a weekly in Arabic, founded in 1985 by Amor Touil was part of Dar Anoaur until 2011 when Amor Touil separated from Dar Anouar. In the region of Tunis, Dar Anouar works with Daadaa to distribute its newspapers, in the other regions of Tunisia it has its own network.

Slaheddine El Amri, born in Beja on 23 February 1938 is the founder of Dar Anouar and its newspapers, of which Al Chourouk is the most important. He worked for the Dépêche Tunisienne, participated in the creation of the Tunisian Press Agency (Agence Tunis Afrique Presse) in 1961, and worked for Dar Assabah and Al Bayane before founding his own publishing house in 1981. His wife, Saida El Amri, inherited Dar Anouar when he died in 2002.

Abdejellil Masoudi, husband of Saida El Amri, is effectively the number two at Dar Anouar. He used to work as a journalist at Le Quotidien (Dar Anouar), worked at the Tunisian External Communication Agency (ATCE) and the Tunisian Consulate in Strasbourg. He was a member of the Democratic Constitutional Rally (RCD) until 2009 and responsible for their external relations from 2001 to 2003.
